Play Therapy for Children and Adolescents

Play is the language of children. Play Therapy gives them the power to process, learn, and grow through some of childhood and adolescent’s most difficult struggles and traumas. Elizabeth has been credentialed as a Registered Play Therapist since 2015 and works with children and their families using Child-Centered Play Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy techniques.

Elizabeth and Chris work with couples regardless of martial status and is LBGTQIA+ inclusive.


Aging Well

Chris is dedicated to helping meet the challenges of aging with grace and joy. He believes that each of us has the inherent right to live each day with dignity, and is dedicated to helping those in the third-third of their lives to find meaning and purpose, the key ingredients to a fulfilling life.

Eating Disorders and Body Image

Eating Disorders are multi-faceted and complex. Elizabeth works with those healing from eating disorders to create a life of freedom and to repair the hurt these disorders bring to relationships, careers, and intimacy.


Military and Veteran Families

Elizabeth has been working with military service members, their families, and veterans since 2013. She works to support those who serve and sacrifice for our country by addressing traumas, transitions, and the unique dynamics inherent in this service lifestyle.

Chris served as a naval officer for twenty-two years, and has first-hand knowledge of the demands of service on both servicemembers and their families.  He offers unrelenting compassion, understanding, and tireless support for those who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms.
